Soco BBQ

We are a family owned and operated BBQ smoke trailer established 9/2019. A KCBS Lifetime member.  

We have participated and won multiple competitions including overall grand champion of Pikes Peak BBQ Showdown 2018, multiple local community competitions, nominated for Pueblo's best 2022 & 2023 as a Finalist and won multiple awards for community votes in 2023 for BBQ, Catering & Food Truck. 

We operate year round and are now available full time to accommodate our customers.

Our main service area is Pueblo County, CO and surrounding areas.
