You can get in person or telehealth individual, family, or couples therapy for kids, teenagers, and adults. We offer varied approaches, such as play therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and much more. We have a teen girls nature group, LGBTQ groups, and equine assisted therapy groups! We also offer nutrition counseling with a master's level Registered Dietitian. She can help with weight loss, health concerns, overall wellness, and the food/mood connection. Only $40 for 30 min sessions!
